Project Description

CAMBA Gardens II is a continuation of the successful national model for partnership with a public hospital, nonprofit developer and service provider on the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation King County Hospital campus.

Project features include:

• 293 units of LEED Silver affordable and supportive housing.

• On-site supportive services for tenants living with special needs.

• 24-hour security.

• Laundry rooms.

• Community spaces - computer/study room, two community rooms and well-appointed, non-toxic finishes.

• 60,000 square feet of outdoor recreational and landscaped spaces, including a landscaped roof terrace, children’s play area, tenant gardening beds, walking paths and a Shona sculpture garden.
